Prior to joining Mymetics, Mr. Luebke spent over 21 years as an independent international business consultant and was the founder of several companies active in the medical and biotech sectors. Together with Mr. Rochet, he became a major shareholder of our former French subsidiary Mymetics S.A. (f.k.a. Hippocampe S.A.) in 1997, and was a director of that company between 1999 and 2001. In 2000, Mr. Luebke and Mr. Rochet initiated the reverse merger of Hippocampe S.A. with Ichor Corporation, later renamed Mymetics Corporation.
